Escape stress of daily life

Author David Michie said he has a way to help busy people achieve peace of mind and cope with a busy lifestyle.

His new book Buddhism for Busy People helps bring Tibetan Buddhism to the masses and aims to help provide an inner journey towards true happiness.

Michie, a corporate communication consultant, who lives between London and Perth, tells his own story and offers an engaging account of how meditation has changed his life.

He said Tibetan Buddhism is not just a way to escape the stress of modern life but can also be integrated with a busy lifestyle to help people better cope with a busy career and family.
